Job Description

Touchstone Communications seeks a full-time, in-person Executive Assistant to manage executive schedules, travel, meetings, and communications; coordinate media and public appearances; draft internal and external communications; and support company videos and promotional content. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in media, business, or a related field, possess excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills, be adaptable, and be proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and video conferencing. Comfort on camera is required. Prior executive assistant experience is preferred.
