Job Description
TecNsol invites a confident, professional Admissions and Marketing Manager to manage student inquiries (WhatsApp, phone, in-person), counsel prospects on IT programs (Web Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, E‑Commerce), and convert leads into enrollments.
- Responsibilities: student counseling, admissions management, support social media campaigns, create short promotional videos/reels, and appear in institute content.
- Qualifications: excellent communication and persuasive counseling skills, social media literacy, basic presentation/video skills (editing is a plus), and a friendly professional demeanor.
- Employment: full-time; salary Rs40,00–Rs60,00/month plus commission and performance rewards. One year of student counseling experience preferred.
