Job Description
Faisalabad Realtors seeks an energetic, results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support sales operations, lead sales consultants, and drive property transactions. This full-time, in-person role includes coordinating client engagements, supervising and motivating the sales team, managing CRM leads, arranging site visits, preparing reports, assisting with strategy development, and supporting events and presentations.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 1–5 years of sales experience (real estate preferred); strong communication and negotiation skills; proficient with CRM and MS Office; local market knowledge; target-oriented and willing to travel. Driving license and vehicle preferred.
- Details: Full-time, in-person. Salary Rs40,00–Rs80,00/month.
