Job Description
Aligno seeks a full-time Customer Support Representative in Lahore (Basement 98-R, Phase 2, Civic Commercial Area, Sector R, DHA). Shift: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM. Salary: PKR 35,00–40,00. Duties: manage patient and client communications via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot issues; perform accurate data entry; handle outbound calls and occasional cash procedures; document interactions. Requirements: strong English, basic computer and Microsoft Office skills, professional phone etiquette. Call center or sales experience and conflict-resolution skills preferred.
