Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Payroll Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Making and updating employee files
- Processing employee clearances
- Updating employee information in the HR Software
- Making changes related to shifts, salary, and other information in the software while verifying employee attendance
- Assisting in monthly payroll preparation
- Getting payroll documents audited by the internal audit department
- Assisting in routine HR operations
- Completing any other tasks assigned by the line manager
This is a full-time position.
