Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team at DR JAVED FAROOQUI – SKIN XPERTS. You will be responsible for content posting and replying to comments on various E-commerce platforms.
Your key responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, order tracking, reporting, and providing chat support on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Daraz, and TikTok.
This full-time office-based position is located in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, with working hours from 11 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Saturday. The salary is Rs 25,00 fixed, plus commission, totaling Rs 25,00 to Rs 40,00 per month.
