Job Description
PIB Consultants is seeking a dedicated Client Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. In this full-time role, you will address client inquiries, provide service updates, and facilitate communication between clients and our internal teams to ensure goals and expectations are met.
Your responsibilities include scheduling meetings, ensuring deadlines are met, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also collect feedback, maintain accurate records, and assist with contract renewals while addressing any issues proactively.
Pay starts at Rs30,00.00 per month. The application deadline is 31/12/2024.
