Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client queries on Fiverr with prompt professionalism.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process for a seamless transition.
- Prepare and send accurate project quotes while documenting client requirements.
- Maintain regular communication and collaborate with project management and development teams.
Requirements: Client management experience, strong Fiverr knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude are essential.
