Job Description
About the Role:
Finixtle is seeking an experienced Upwork bidder/Business Development Executive who excels at generating business through winning proposals on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and apply to suitable jobs on Upwork and other freelance sites;
- Craft compelling, customized proposals;
- Engage with potential clients to understand needs;
- Maintain and optimize Upwork profiles;
- Negotiate project terms and finalize deals;
- Collaborate with project teams.
Requirements: Minimum Intermediate qualification, 1+ year experience on Upwork, strong communication and negotiation skills.
Working Hours: 12PM-8PM & 7PM-3AM
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
