Job Description
Base Camp Data Solutions Limited in Islamabad is seeking a fluent Urdu and English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide support in Urdu and English
- Process orders, returns, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Meet customer satisfaction and resolution targets
Requirements:
- Fluent in Urdu and English
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
