Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Operations Team Lead to manage team efficiency and ensure excellent service delivery. The successful candidate will oversee business processes, handle escalated inquiries, and conduct return-to-work interviews. Additionally, you will monitor calls for coaching purposes and regularly appraise staff performance.
Your role will include maintaining training plans, managing team retention, and motivating team members for operational excellence. Clear communication of client information to team members will also be crucial.
Job Types: Contract, Full-time | Contract Length: 11 months | Pay: Rs 60,00.00 – Rs 70,00.00 per month
