Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and punctual individual to join our E-commerce team at Acgile, specializing in Accounting & Bookkeeping Services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage dropshipping and wholesale operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, late orders, returns, and cancellations.
- Process orders and resolve disputes efficiently.
- Maintain account health and manage policy violations.
- Strategize for improved Buy Box win percentage.
Requirements:
- 2 years of E-commerce sales experience.
- Familiarity with Amazon, eBay, and Walmart preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in product research and listing maintenance.
Location: PWD Main Road, Islamabad | Salary: PKR 80,00 – 100,00/month | Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
