Job Description
Join Digitech Outsourcing Solution, an INBOUND Customer Service Provider serving clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. We operate 24/7 and seek serious candidates with prior inbound CSR experience, preferably with US or UK campaigns.
Job Duties:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Manage inquiries, complaints, and daily processes.
- Participate in trainings and team meetings.
- Support team members as needed.
- Be flexible with shift timings.
Compensation: Salary up to Rs80,00, performance bonuses, medical insurance, paid leaves, and a supportive work environment.
