Job Description
** Only D.A.E and B. Tech Holder Required **
S.M.J International Industries is seeking an Aftersales Supervisor to lead our aftersales operations and ensure customer satisfaction within our dealer network. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, coordinating repairs or replacements, and providing valuable feedback to enhance our products.
Qualifications: D.A.E in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines, with 4–5 years of relevant aftersales service experience. Strong technical and communication skills are essential.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
