Job Description
Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan
Shift Timings: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Technocrats in Karachi. This full-time on-site role involves providing exceptional email and call support during night shifts. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
