Job Description
Aims Contact Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified IT Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, install and maintain systems, and ensure network functionality. You will implement IT security measures and conduct regular system audits.
Key Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
– 1 year of IT support experience (preferably in a call center).
– Knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
– Understanding of VOIP, PBX & Asterisk is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
Comfortable with our company timings from 3PM to 12AM (UK Evening Shift)?
