Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Manager to join PTSL in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will hold a graduation degree and possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. This role requires a proactive individual who can develop effective buying and merchandising strategies, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure staff alignment with business objectives.
You will be responsible for evaluating training needs, conducting performance reviews, and enhancing product visibility through collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Additionally, some travel may be required for supplier visits and industry events.
