Job Description
Join our team at Prima Systems as an IT Support L1 Officer! We are seeking a motivated individual to provide exceptional first-level technical support to our end-users. Your responsibilities will include assisting users with hardware, software, and network-related issues while ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalate complex problems to senior technicians, and maintain accurate documentation of support activities. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of IT support experience and proficiency in English is preferred.
This is a full-time position with a monthly pay ranging from Rs100,00.00 to Rs150,00.00.
