Job Description
We are excited to announce a full-time on-site position for an International Customer Service Representative at TRG Ibex Global, located in Karachi Main Shah re Faisal. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information, processing orders, and interacting with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Ideal candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM software and proficiency in multiple languages are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract | Pay: Up to Rs100,00.00 per month.
