Job Description
Amigos BPO is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Verification Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will verify the accuracy of customer information, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain the integrity of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify customer-provided documents.
- Investigate discrepancies in customer information.
- Maintain accurate records of verification activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; degree in a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in verification or compliance.
