Job Description
Softvira is seeking a Customer Support Executive with outstanding communication skills and a strong background in high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate will effectively use modern CRM tools and engage proactively with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support for financial services.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Work with teams for effective communication and issue resolution.
- Keep detailed records in our CRM system.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
- O/A Levels and Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in international customer support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of Google Sheets & Docs.
Pay: Up to Rs 100,00.00 per month
