Job Description
Shiwantek is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce Operations Executive. In this role, you will manage the operational and financial tasks of our e-commerce business, ensuring smooth order processing, financial transactions, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the order processing cycle, guaranteeing timely and accurate fulfillment.
– Handle financial transactions, including payments and refunds.
– Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and reconciliations.
– Prepare financial reports and collaborate with logistics partners for efficient product delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven e-commerce operational experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, familiarity with e-commerce platforms, and excellent communication abilities.
