Job Description
ITLOGI LTD is seeking an experienced Taxi and Minicab Dispatcher/Controller to manage inbound bookings and efficiently dispatch drivers.
Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound customer calls for taxi bookings.
- Adding bookings to the dispatch system.
- Allocating bookings to drivers.
- Guiding customers with real-time ETA.
- Navigating drivers along routes.
- Handling email bookings and placing bids on jobs.
Requirements:
- Previous UK Taxi Cab controlling experience.
- Knowledge of UK streets and postcodes.
- Experience with taxi dispatch systems (CMS, Cab Treasure).
Shift Timings: Rotational. Hours: 9 hours, 6 days/week. Pay: From Rs40,00.00 per month.
