Job Description
IBEES Consulting is inviting applications for a Customer Service Representative position for our Packaging-based project, aimed at an international audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls, chats, and emails effectively.
- Generate and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Assess customer needs and coordinate with the estimation team.
- Provide solutions to customer complaints within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills required; fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
Location: MM Alam Road, Lahore | Shift: 8 PM to 5 AM | Pay: Rs50,00 – Rs75,00/month
