Job Description
VIVE TECH SOLUTIONS T/A VIVE PRINTING LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. Your primary role will involve responding to inbound inquiries from US-based clients via phone, email, or chat. You’ll provide accurate information about our products and services, address customer concerns, and offer timely solutions.
Key responsibilities include processing orders, documenting customer interactions, handling complaints, and assisting with troubleshooting as needed. A high level of product knowledge is required to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
