Job Description
Keywords: Order processing, inventory management, customer service, end-to-end order fulfillment
Description: Manage returns, process replacements, and collaborate with customer service for efficient resolutions.
Timings: 12:30 PM to 9 PM
Tasks:
- Manage customer returns and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee return management and process replacements.
- Coordinate with customer service team.
- Handle inventory returns at the warehouse.
- Trace products with courier services.
- Manage return requests and log them.
- Update the database for returns and replacements.
Requirements:
- Fast-paced work ability.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience with CRM and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong management and problem-solving skills.
- Two years of relevant experience.
