Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, primarily focused on qualifying and engaging interested customers.
Compensation:
- QA Approved Transfer-Based Earnings
- Retention Bonuses based on working hours
Shift Timings:
NIGHT SHIFT: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (breaks included)
Requirements:
- Good English understanding and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (must be 10)
- Good quality headset
- Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
