Job Description
SmartTalent is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze and interpret complex data, develop insights, and create actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BI solutions using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Design and implement data models and ETL processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in BI or data analysis.
- Proficiency in BI tools and SQL databases.
