- Oversee kiln production of sanitary ceramics.
- Train and supervise workshop staff.
- Address kiln process defects.
- Maintain strong communication and manage personnel.

Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years in sanitary ceramics production management.
