Job Description
Air Distribution Products is seeking a dedicated Procurement Officer / Sourcing Specialist to manage product sourcing, price negotiations, and supplier coordination. The role involves gathering product rates based on RFQs for HVAC equipment, firefighting products, plumbing materials, power tools, and other supplies necessary for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure pricing from local and international suppliers.
- Evaluate suppliers for quality and reliability.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules.
- Maintain supplier databases and monitor market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
