Job Description
Bachaa Party, a renowned establishment, is seeking a skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise designated sections effectively.
- Drive sales growth and enhance customer services.
- Conduct regular staff training and onboarding.
- Manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
- Ensure visual merchandising meets company standards.
- Lead and unify team efforts within the department.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in a well-known retail brand.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
