Job Description
Position Overview: Vision Tech is seeking a talented and driven HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about HR, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, including posting jobs and reviewing resumes.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records for accuracy.
- Help organize HR events and training sessions.
- Collaborate on special HR projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in HR or related field; strong organizational skills required.
Job Type: Internship
Contract Length: 2 months
Pay: Rs13,00.00 – Rs15,00.00 per month
