Job Description
XenMD is actively looking for a knowledgeable and committed Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to become part of our administrative team. In the role of Medical Billing AR Executive, you will be responsible for managing debt collection and invoicing processes, ensuring billing accuracy, and effectively resolving payment-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit and monitor medical claims to insurance companies.
- Record payments and adjustments in the billing system.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Generate reports on accounts receivable.
