Job Description
Shafaq n Kami Salon is thrilled to announce openings for the position of Management Training Officer (MTO). Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training from our certified professionals, designed to enhance their skill set and foster career growth within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations and complete assigned tasks.
- Engage in meetings, workshops, and various learning opportunities.
- Observe and learn from seasoned team members.
- Understand company policies, procedures, and protocols.
Qualifications: Proficient in English. A bachelor’s degree is required, alongside a minimum of one year of management experience.
Work Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
