Job Description
OS Digital Marketing is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources: Support recruitment and onboarding processes, maintain employee records, manage payroll, address employee grievances, and organize training programs.
- Administration: Oversee office supplies inventory, manage documentation, coordinate company events, and assist with budgeting tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs20,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in HR preferred.
