Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to manage a variety of tasks that ensure smooth operations within our facility. Responsibilities include preparing and managing administrative reports, operating computerized weight scales for material measurements, preparing gate passes, and generating daily reports. The candidate will coordinate with the HR and Admin teams, verify employee attendance, track overtime, oversee factory security and janitorial staff, and enroll workers in HRM software. Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.

Skills Required: Strong communication and teamwork skills, quick learning ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
