Job Description
ProtoCall Outsource is a premier inbound contact center partnering with taxi companies across the United Kingdom. We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inbound Contact Centre Representatives.
Responsibilities: You will handle inbound calls, assist customers with bookings, address complaints, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements: Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a flexible schedule. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Location: Phase 6, Bahria Town, Islamabad.
Salary: Between Rs40,00 – Rs90,00/month, with training and advancement opportunities available.
