Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a dedicated team of Lead Generation Officers.
- Design and implement innovative lead generation strategies.
- Continuously monitor and report on the performance of Lead Generation Officers.
- Nurture and expand relationships within painter and contractor networks.
- Utilize local product insights to strengthen sales initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, particularly within painter and contractor communities.
