Job Description
Ghani Value Glass is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Manager to oversee our field sales team. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales growth by implementing effective strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and conducting regular field visits to assess performance and provide coaching.
Your key responsibilities will include managing sales targets and identifying new business opportunities. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and SAP, are essential for success in this position.
