Job Description
THE HRM NAVIGATOR in Lahore is looking for a committed and customer-centric Inbound Customer Service Officer to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding communication abilities, a strong passion for customer support, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers.
- Assist with inquiries and processing orders.
- Provide precise information regarding our products and services.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
