Job Description
Zee Funnels, a premier B2C email marketing agency, is on the lookout for a proactive Assistant Account Manager (Client Success Manager). The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset to ensure client satisfaction while fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional client service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaign strategies.
- Engage with international clients, demonstrating cultural sensitivity.
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration; experience in B2C email marketing is preferred; excellent communication skills; proficiency in CRM software.
Salary: 30,00 to 70,00 PKR | Job Type: Full-time | Pay Range: Rs50,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
