Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
Fincera Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to enhance our inverter sales team. This role offers a competitive salary structure along with uncapped commission opportunities for high performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with contractors and retailers.
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in outdoor sales.
- A valid driver’s license and a personal bike are essential.
Pay: Starting at Rs45,00.00/month
