Job Description
LOKAL Ventures (Pvt.) Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Support Team Lead to oversee, support, and train our Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), developing weekly rosters, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and enhancing existing systems for optimal efficiency. A thorough understanding of our products and services is crucial.
Applicants should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and have at least one year of experience in a junior managerial role within customer support, or three to four years in an operations capacity. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, are essential.
