Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will handle incoming phone calls, foster strong relationships with customers, and resolve complaints efficiently. Additionally, you will maintain accurate customer records while adhering to company policies.
We are seeking candidates with a Diploma in customer service, fluency in English, and a proven track record in customer support. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, and previous experience in the Visa Industry is beneficial.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, based at our office location.
