Job Description
The Kashif Iqbal Thalassemia Care Center is looking for a qualified and driven HR & Compliance Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and Sindh Healthcare Commission regulations while overseeing HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with SHCC standards and regulations.
- Facilitate recruitment processes and enhance employee relations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and compliance, preferably within the healthcare sector.
