Job Description

Join our team at Kay Tronix Call Centre as a Customer Support Representative. We are looking for candidates for night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM for an onsite position.

Requirements: Prior experience in Xfinity inbound sales campaigns is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction are essential.

Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls, assist with billing inquiries, and troubleshoot service issues. Collaborate with other departments and maintain accurate records.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
