Job Description
KFC Pakistan is on the lookout for a dedicated Call Center Assistant Manager to oversee a dynamic team of over 100 agents and supervisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing service quality standards, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your role will include analyzing call center data, managing labor costs, and resolving escalated customer issues. Additionally, collaboration with third-party call centers will be a key part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications include a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant call center experience. This is a full-time position offering a starting salary of Rs100,00.
