Job Description
Kopak Chemicals & Paints Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to assist in day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include helping with payroll preparation—ensuring accuracy of data such as leave, attendance, and deductions—as well as supporting the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. The HR Officer will also conduct onboarding and orientation sessions to facilitate a smooth integration for new employees.
Requirements:

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year
