Job Description
Leads Expert BPO is on the lookout for enthusiastic and confident individuals to fill the role of Call Center Verifier. Successful candidates will initiate outbound calls to confirm client details, address inquiries, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Salary: Starting at PKR 60,00/- per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify customer information through outbound calls.
- Provide accurate, needs-based responses to customers.
- Document all interactions meticulously.
- Upsell products and services as appropriate.
- Deliver outstanding service with a high degree of professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
