Job Description
We seek a full-time, on-site Restaurant Storekeeper with at least 5 years of restaurant experience. Responsibilities include managing daily receiving and issuing of stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring levels and reporting shortages, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and cleanliness, coordinating with kitchen and purchasing teams, and preventing waste through correct handling and rotation.
- Required: strong record-keeping, basic computer skills, keen attention to detail, and organized work habits
- Must be able to perform routine physical tasks and lift stock as needed
